Нууу...насчёт элитности...мягко говоря, прямо под окнами этих домов электрички ходят. Рома Стрит - до сих пор крупный железнодорожный узел и городской автовокзал. Элитные дома расположены отнюдь не на Рома Стрит, а на набережной .
