Эммммм... вообще-то если поехать остановиться на стоянке, а не ехать к Red Top Tank куда поехали вы, то там можно мужду ними ходить и даже залазить на них. Это вот на Red Top Tank Lookout помостики есть, а так их вообще-то нигде нету.
